I built this one for my boss a couple of months ago. I did some recolouring to recreate the ship he crewed.

It's very detailed and complex but there weren't any real stumbling blocks along the way. Take LOTS of time to make sure all of your frames fit properly and dry fit everything. Then dry fit things. Dry fit it again before you do anything else.

The biggest difficulties I recall are the windows in the nose (found vac-formed bubbles close enough) and the skids (wrap them around very soft wire then bend them to shape.

Other than those spots it was just a lot of detailed and rewarding work
