The wheel hubs caught me off gaurd with one of the hubs being of considerably smaller diameter than what is on the wheel and one larger. Closer examination of the instructions shows this to be so. Looks as though the larger hub is on the free side of the gear. I believe the smaller disc is to be attached to the gear (part #23) as oppsed to having it lie against the wheel former which is located in the centre. The instructions are not clear on this, but this is how I intend to do it.
