I think that the reason there is as much violence in the country as there is is because it is getting harder and harder to obtain weapons (due to licensing, at least here in Massachusetts). They try to tell you that guns cause violence but its a two way street - they can also stop violence. Getting rid of guns will only make people who shouldn't have them want them even more. So anyway, I fully support the right of owning a gun
