Get to your local art store and grab some "Best-Test Quality" repositionable adhesive spray. Spraying this cardstock will give you a slightly tacky surface that the tissue paper will stick to. Then trim the tissue paper to the size of the cardstock, and run it through the printer. The repositionable adhesive will hold the tissue paper securely to cardstock for the run through the printer and then let you peel it off without damage.
"Best Test" is the brand name, made by the Union Rubber company in Trenton, New Jersey. There may be other brands out there, just make sure you get repositional spray.
