Well you have a couple of options.
  1. open the file in your favorite PDF reader (is use FoxIt Reader) set the print out for 100% then go through each page to see if all the parts fit within the print margins (if they are just slightly outside you can try setting your printer to borderless printing, if your printer supports this option, then check again).
  2. you can print them at a smaller scale *do not select fit to page* this will produce different scaling between pages
  3. you can have the model printed at Kinkos or Staples etc.
  4. you can convert the pages to JPGs (PDFill PDF Tools free) then use GIMP to cut out the parts that do not fit and paste them to a new page(s) ensuring the new page is the right size and resolution

Those are some options there may be others . . .
