Yes, the Polikarpov I-16 is a work of Pavel Bestr. It will be available for download. The main problem, which slows the releasement of a model is building a beta testing model. It's hard to say when it will be available, but probably it should be within several months.

Yes, we have already started some work on this train, but there will be probably other trains released berofe this one. (ie. German BP42/44)
