"Real men don't read the instructions!"

In this case, one has to.

Alan has apparently designed this kit with very tight tolerances, as he describes in his Tips Before Beginning.
Cut as much of the black edge away as possible.

I have attached a picture of the tips section.

While I was reading the instructions, more closely this time, I noticed that there is no part number #9, it goes from #8, a part of the rear end assembly to #10, two inter body work supports.

But no #9.

checked every sheet, checked each instruction step, but no #9 to be found. Anywhere.

Maybe Alan forgot the part, either to number it, or omitted it, or as an artist has a quirk about the #9, unfortunately, this mystery will remained unsolved.

Rick

I haven't worked on it since my last post

the finishing up of my degree took most of my time until the first week of July, and right now I am working on models for the theme of IPMC 2018, "Something Fishy"

After the event I will have loads of times to build what I want, including the Corvette

I had visions of a huge model gathering dust in the lounge while you walked around it every day!
