Aft lower superstructure. The frame is built using multiple layers of paper and some balsa for laminating the decks. The inner frame is assembled and painted prior to installing the outer shell. The outer shell was wrapped one side at a time starting by lining up the opening on the port side then wrapping toward the aft. Note: the cutout is too large, I did not discover this until a wrapped onto the starboard side. Fortunately because the assembly is painted it is difficul to spot. This would have been a problem if the ship was modeled as printed.
