I worked for OHIO ART the summer of 1960.
At that time, they made: tea sets, tops, sand toys, and etch-a-sketch.
I do not remember any toy tanks.
Google and eBay searches did not reveal any toy tanks made by OHIO ART.
OHIO ART did make many different tin toys, but it is unlikely that they made tin tanks.
