Its a very nice model, and a great write-up. The model consisting of 2 printed sheets being 169mb in 2 pdf files is causing problems on my system. After taking several minutes, Pdf-xChange viewer opened the one page 97mb file and was able to export the sheet to a 200dpi jpg with no loss of quality and the jpg is a more reasonable 560k. Even after that, the pdf file was locked open in the event spooler.exe and even rebooting the machine would not release the file. I had to go in with processexplorer.exe and kill the spooller to delete the 97mb file.
I highly recommend pdf xchange viewer. It has a "export to image" feature that will automatically make jpg images of all the pages of a pdf file and name them <filename>_001.jpg, _002.jpg, _003.jpg, ...
Anyway I was able to reduce the 169mb to just under 1mb.
