If you mean listing multiple listings at the same time (for different items)
then you can use the "sell similar item" option after you have finished a listing
or save the listing as a "template".
When you sell a "similar item" the entire listing is created for you, and you need to remove and replace images as necessary and edit the details as necessary.
This can save a lot of effort if items are very similar, but still requires a certain amount of repetitive work.

I only sold one anyway. I'm thinking the CD's are one of those "ideas before their time" things.
