I like the KISS rule.
I design and cut mostly everything on my Craft Robo, now called Silhouette.
The machine comes with a software program so you can design, print and cut anything you want.
It is pretty easy to design, print and cut a model in about half an hour.
I bought my machine used for $80.00 USD.
I buy the oem blades and carrier sheets- the cost is about 1/3rd. They last just as long as the real deal.
Cuts 110# index cardstock paper.
Also cuts 80# cover easily.
If I use a higher gsm, I send the cutter to do a 2nd cut.
