Hi Nate, sorry for the delayed reply, traveling for Christmas, so didn't get online till now.
But to answer your question, or not answer it maybe, This was not reduced from anything, I just created it from scratch in InkScape and scaled it at 1/160 which is "N" Scale.
All my others I did the same way in 1/87 for HO.
If I go back and do others from HO down to N - I probably won't just reduce those, I will start from scratch and redevelop because at the smaller scale I would do some things differently to make them build easier.

Thanks for the compliment, but don't encourage me!!
I mean going "Z" would be a great challange, but I've got lots to do to get a good line of N going... Dang - now I'm already thinking about how to do some Z's..... Well there goes my free time for 2012....
