Hello my Canadian Friend

I watching your works with the hull; haven't you thought about filling the spaces between each part of the skeleton with car plaster? Or you could glue another skin of the hull on the existing one, but you would have to strengthen the first layer with e.g. super glue.
Do you use PVA glue for hull? If you do, I do not recommend it. It's based on water, the smallest touch will result in deformations when it's not dry. Best glue for this job would be Polish glue Butapren - English replacement's called Contact Adhesive.
I hope it helps I really like what you do because you put loats of time heart into it.

Best regards,
Adam
