High temperature aluminum spray paint will give you a metal like finish. The surface has to be smooth. Maybe spraying some clear coats, then sanding lightly with extremely fine sand paper before spraying the aluminum pain gives a nice result. If you spray clear over the aluminum, it gives the appearance of the surface you see on a lot of silver Japanese motorcycle engines.
