straight click on it to open it in your browser, 'Right-Click, save target'
I go all files easily.
try a different browser if you have more than one on your PC too
I have Maxthon3, & Firefox.
Max does not have all the bells & whistles that Firefox does,
but it did not give me trouble getting the files.
