Things like this come to light every so often. I have a late war Walther P-38 that was part of a stash found in the mid-90's. According to the importers story they were found in a forgotten storeroom in one of the sub-pens that still exist in a few French ports. Evidently a bunch of old crates had been piled in front of the door and noone knew the room was there until they cleaned them up. The story continued that they found a lot of other neat stuff that was impounded and cut up real quick too.
