A search for backup in windows explorer yielded no results.
Anyone know where that backup folder might be located?
I lost a lot of work when it went down. Not catastrophic by any means but it was most of a days worth. Worth at least a few mumbled curses.
Thanks.

Dang that sucks Will.
Was doing a Google search to hopefully help find an answer, but only found the same as you did, saves to same folder of original file.
However, I did find this one mention of someone doing a windows search on their computer with this search phrase (without quotes) "backup_of_" or event try "AUTOBACKUP_OF_".
And another mention of possible folder locations:
1) /Programs/Corel/Programs/Draw folder
2) {main drive, typically C:}:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Temp\XXX.cdr
