Dear Pong:
I looked up where in the world you are and my advice is to put the model on a disk and go to a office supply store or Copy shop and have them print it to the % up you need onto 11x17 card stock.
Other wise its a steep learning curve with severial programs to unlock PDF and up scale reword onto other sheets ECT. I have never found a clear description on how this is done.
