Wow. I got some ink for my printer and am back to printing capability. (And there was much rejoicing. ::yay::
) I tested out printing this Marek MiG-15 which has a very simple single-color light gray scheme to simulate the bare metal. On plain paper, its just that - gray. However on the metallic white paper, it gleans like metal. The effect is awesome. It's not a polished finish like RR paper was, but at small scales it's perfect. Also, unlike printing on RR paper (or likely the silver metallic paper), the color saturation of the painted parts (roundels, tail numbers, blue canopy, etc. is excellent. I like the effect so much that I may return the silver for another pack of white. Though, if I hadn't bought them both with rewards points, I'd return it outright and buy from the site Mike posted as they are cheaper by at least 2/3 there.
