so divide mm by 25 and you get your inches.
0.2mm -> .008" ; 0.15mm -> .006" ; 0.125mm -> .005"
But I haven't found any conversion from gsm to lb.
Probably you could measure your preferred paper's thickness and add .001" for the glue.
