Oh my God!
This is so very sad...Chips passing leaves an extremely large and spirited hole in our paper modeling community. His kits were always so much fun to build, and the end product was always quite impressive, at least to me, considering the simplicity of the design.
I do hope someone will be able to keep his legacy alive and continue to offer his kits as well as any future projects based on this model design philosophy...modelers from the novice to the more experienced will feel his passing, I am sure.
RIP, Chip. Anne, you are in our prayers...
