Normal printing paper weighs 80 gsm and for 1/60 models, I'll go for 120-150 gsm paper. But as I said somewhere earlier, I used 80 gsm paper and print the plans twice. I cut out the part and cut away the tabs and glue the part over the second copy and there I can have a flush joint. And the glue, usually PVA, that's layered between the sheet makes the part sturdy and easy to shape and control.
