OTDAEABT 2 - Maly Modelarz Tiger I Ausf H1 4-5/98

Just to get the thread started.....

The model consists of:

- About 2 pages of diagrams which is pretty thin for a complex model.
- 2 pages of Polish instructions.
- 2 pages of 80gsm with frame parts.
- 7 pages of parts printed on (about) 180gsm card.
- 2 pages of 80 gsm roadwheels that have to glued to 0.5 and 1mm card.
- 1 page of 80 gsm which is laminated to "Bristol" (200 gsm) for most of the track elements.

The printing is accurate with none of the registration and colour bleed problems of older Modelarz kits. The colour of model is a uniform dull yellow-orange colour - there's no attempt to represent the green and dark red camouflage patterns usual on these vehicles.

The model represents a tank of SS Panzer Division "Das Reich" at Kursk in 1943 - the markings are similar to the Halinski Tiger.

Regards,

Charlie
