Jim...John posted what I was going to say.
If I produce a 1/16 kit, each page can easily be printed at 64%
which will give you a 1/25 kit.
So no need to produce multiple kits...I'll just add the instruct for printing.

Judging by the responses so far, a 1/16 kit seems to be the way to go.
And I know I will enjoy a bigger model on my shelf!

Some more thinking out loud...

I plan on a working drivers hatch, to reveal a Driver's compartment.
Not going to go overboard, but a few basic structural elements so
you can peek into the hatch and see something.

Engine and radiator compartments with removable or opening panels
to reveal some simplified mechanical components.

Turret will not contain internal details.
However I want to make the turret rotatable.

Still batting around the idea of rolling wheels and movable Track.

Track...not sure on how far to go with it.
How detailed, how many parts, how flexible and articulated it should be?
