Well, the hull skins do not fit the frame or vice versa. There is a 2 - 3 mill gap all around. I decided to cut the hull skins up along the fold lines into individual plates. I then laminated them to 1mm stock. I added some bracing to add strength and prevent warping. Then I cut out a notch along the edges where the plates are glued together. I added some 3d relief to some of the plates. Then started gluing it all together.
