Special request (and DXF files)
Moderators,
If you feel this post is inappropriate, please delete it. Hi all, I have DXF files that are specially prepared for laser cutting. These files should not require any alteration; the width of slots on them are sized specifically for the gauge of metal they are meant to be cut out of. I have models of each of these puzzles: Eagle (on globe), Dragon, Velocerapter, Fish, and Lobster. See the photo below to see what the completed puzzles will look like. Each of these 6 puzzles have DXF files for these four types of steel: 13 ga (0.0897) Mild Steel, 13 ga (0.0937) Stainless Steel, 16 ga (0.0598) Mild Steel, and 16 ga (0.0625) Stainless Steel. I would request that one of each of these laser cut puzzles (any gauge) be sent to me in return for the work that I have done to prepare these files. Please, serious requests only, PM me if interested.

Would a PM with contact information suffice to get some specific patterns (dragon and eagle with globe)? I don't need the DXF files since I ain't got no laser cuttin' thingy, just some flint blades.

Here is my latest build, the owl. Took a bit of time cutting shaping all of the little pieces, but the result was definitely worth it!
I found a few problems with some of the parts and identification in the original files I worked with, but finally figured out what to do. Fixing my reworked files with slot information of what goes where. Best Regards,

Here is my latest build, a sea turtle. It was printed onto bronze colored PVC credit card blanks then the pieces cut out and shaped.

Love the turtle Ron! What did you use to cut out the parts?

Hi Elliott,
I found that a medium-small pair of scissors really work well to cut out most of the pieces (unless there is an inside curve) out of the 0.030" PVC card. I use a small had drill to space holes along inside curves and can usually cut from hole to hole, but sometimes I have to use an X-acto knife. Best Regards,

I just e-mailed to all requests that I am aware of. If I have missed anyone, I apologize, send me a PM and I'll get back to you.
I have also, updated the zip files with the puzzle patterns/diagrams (almost 300 mb!). These include all recent builds and photos to help assemble the puzzles. Send me a PM and I will get back to to you as well. Thank you all for the comments and the great responses. Best Regards,
