Just got this from Webs.com:
Issue:
Some users are seeing slow loading or are unable to load Webs.com or their sites. Users may also have issues viewing the builder or viewing images on a page.
Status:
Our engineers are working with our network team to investigate the issue further. We do not currently know the cause of the connection issue.
If you refresh after getting the unable to load page, it seems to load just fine.
