Taking longer than I thought
Finished two models this week for the top shelf, the Adler and the Virginia
The Adler is the Olis Bahnwelt model. Not built 'straight' as several of the parts are not exactly right and many of the tabs could have been placed better. I wish I'd looked at it better before I printed it. A little work beforehand would have made this a pretty nice model.
The Virginia is from the Fix-n-Foxi site. A little guesswork involved. I still may do some interior work on it, but probably not until I get it back from the nursing home. I still have five more engines to do before Labor Day ...
But the goal of having a colorful display of 'old-timey' trains should be met with these rather simple models
