I really like to modify a model.
I have a micro servant (Boris)
and I asked him to build a big piece with aluminium foil.
I hope that helps to illustrate how I do.
1)I chose a cube of 5 X 5 cm.
2)White-glue throughout the piece, spread with the fingers.
3)stuck head to toe, to avoid bubbles and cracks
4)Cut the excess aluminium and bend inwards
5)and can only build.
For smaller parts the result is better.
For very large parts, without the paper and aluminium use only.
