I know, but the build pics need to be here, with the model, so people don't have to hunt for them. Also, you still need instructions, because build pics can't cover everything. Parts numbers are important to being able to answer people's questions about where everything goes, not to mention clean trim lines so we know how big to cut everything. Even Paragon puts at least some indication of where to cut things on his models. I can't stress this enough: people do not know what you know about the model. They need good guides to be able to make use of your work, and the most important is good, clean cut lines. They're super easy to make. Just add another layer on top of your artwork and put them in there, then fill the remaining area with white to block out the trimmed sections.

What are you using to print your PDFs? I use CutePDF Writer, which is free and produces good PDFs. A PDF is only as good as the source file, so if it's not sharp, then your PDF won't be, either. Save in a higher quality, at least twice what you're currently using, and save it in PNG format, which is lossless.
