Just click on the top/right tab, then on the "submit a link" option on the page and follow the instructions. You'll just need to copy in the URL, select a category for the link and enter a short description of the site - what you liked about your find.

All very well, but (a) many many of the links are out of date and need sorting out. and (b) the "Submit a Link" doesn't work.
