By modifying a V2 (A4) with stumps of wings to increase the range and a cockpit for guidance, the Germans created the A9.
It will serve as the second stage of a massive rocket, the A10.
They hope to be able to cross the Atlantic to bomb New York.
However, the project is not a priority,Hitler preferring a greater production of V2 and it will never be realized.
