Works pretty well for me. I like to scour it lightly with very fine steel wool, and adhere it to 20lb copy paper. It can be unforgiving - you'll want to make sure your work surface is nice and clean or else every little little bump and bit will leave a reminder - but with a little care it will yield a nice result.
I'm a little disappointed with the engine hood here: I made the mistake of edge-coloring the paper backing of the aluminum parts a medium grey and it really shows. Uncolored white paper edges produce less noticeable seams, as you can see on the cheeks.
