the first problem
so, i'm ready to put in the lower deck, you can see it in the plan... when i look at the illustarations in the book i see planks inbetween the keelson and the heavy lengthwise planks, they look like they're laid directly on the futtocks, but i don't see any indication of them in the plans as drawn
looking at the pictures of men working standing on these filler boards i decided they were plywood put in to give a place to stand while working... and not a permanent part of the ship
