In fact these are nazis but they are not soldiers. Their "brownshirt" uniforms identify them as members of the Sturmabteilung see

Relatively few German soldiers were in fact members of the national socialist party (nsp)
I never know whether to be iritated or amused when people use the adjective "nazi", presumably for dramatic effect, thereby claiming that aircraft, tanks, warships, whatevers ... of the time were card carrying members of the nsp. They were simply "German".
