Thank you my friends. Today I'm doing better emotionally and will most likely return to volunteering at Valley Animal Center next week. There are bark angels to love and care for in the facility on a daily basis and things will be as they were before Trixie. At least for a time as they've said that they know who to call if another little perpetual care foster comes in. I know each time I have a dog that I will suffer great sorrow at the end. The reward comes from knowing that you've given them the best possible life while they are here.
