I messed around with the 2WLs50-2088 (Rudy) file and increased it by 363% then layed out the parts on three 11X17 pages. The details do not seem to be degraded much to my eye, but I do not know what level of detail is wanted or needed. 
If you want and can get permission from the designer I can post the page with the instruction diagram and the main body of the loco with the registration number on the side. A 704 KB png.
