SMX, a lot of us have done origami, I myself, am self taught, bought a block of origami/folding paper, and proceeded to fold everything in the two books my mom had on the shelf, and then most of the models from the books in the local library, the precision, and patience one develops doing origami helps when building paper models, at least i think so.
