I've found that cutting the first small section of 5 and attaching the cockpit to it and THEN gluing the whole thing to the rest of the fuselage makes a much better joint. You are able to get inside and massage any areas that want to be ornery........ this is one of the problems with scaling up. Minor problems with fit at a smaller scale are magnified with the increase in size.
I'll redo the arc of the part and upload another PDF.
