Only in the general sense that there was an engagement of a Mark IV Male tank and an A7V on 24th April 1918 outside the village of Villers-Bretoneaux. The engagement was between two Mark IV Female tanks, the Mark IV Male and A7V #561 "Nixe". Fire from the A7V damaged both female tanks and these withdrew. The Mark IV Male managed to hit the A7V three times with 6 Pounder rounds. The crew bailed out of the A7V, the Mark IV withdrew, the A7V crew found the engine was still running, remounted the tank and withdrew a couple of kms before the A7V finally expired.
Landships II

The second tank vs tank battle later on the same day was between an artillery battery, A7V #525 "Siegfried" and a number of Whippets (9 or 12). About 7 of the Whippets were knocked out with the A7V claiming 3 of them.
