I didn't mean for you to specifically use coreldraw.
I just assumed that you may have used some sort of graphics program.
You mentioned doing recolours.
Everyone here seems to do this and uses some sort of program.
If its like a vector based program, it might import the file and allow you to click and delete stuff.
Gimp is a vector based program...try "importing" the file into a new open document.
And see what happens.
