I did noticed that it was part of their model rocketry line
From the description John gave, it sounds like it acts much in the same way a thin or low viscosity CA glue works, meant to be wicked into the paper, or cardboard, while holding the piece to the rocket body.
And seeing I haven't had the chance to build a model rocket, I am just guessing at the application method, I have seen balsa and grey card stock(legal pad stuff) as wings and tail feathers on rockets, so the wicking might be the method of application.
