I wasn't going to take time to sign in tonight, until I came to this thread. I think this was a fantastic project and an extremely well done repaint and build. If you do not get a high grade for this one, your teacher doesn't really want to see true creativity.
I have to add that I think you have put creative activity on a much more modern plane.
