Cyborg Mask for Halloween
It's not paper but it was fun to build.
Take two plastic Phantom of the Opera masks (doubled for rigidity), three pocket film cameras from the Goodwill store-disassembled, bits of electrical wire, a cheap LED flashlight, and lots of hot glue. Shake well and assemble following LAR guidelines.* Spray with flat black paint, and dry-brush with light grey craft paint to bring out the details. Serve with old Nomex flight overalls.
I sat on the front porch and handed out candy, and I got lots of "Wow!"s from trick-or-treaters. It's never too late to have a happy childhood.
* LAR - "looks about right"
