Even with translation most paper model instructions basically say start with part 1 and glue part 2 to part 1 and so on. The best practice is to study the plans/drawings. cut out the only the parts you are working on. study the plans/ drawings again then form the parts and check for fit . study the plans/ drawings again. glue parts together.

If the model has interior assemblies build these first. this is very important on aircraft. Frames/bulkheads on aircraft should be a little under size.
Another hint is to cut the cut line (it is usually black) completely off the model.

Be patient start with simple downloaded models and work up to the difficult models. If you don't like the way it turned out print another one. The more you build the more you learn and everyone has a different way of approaching a new model.

Lastly if you have the instructions in a PDF format or text there are several free translators on the net that will do a paragraph at a time. But you will be disappointed with the results as most technical terms do not translate well and then there is the grammar.
