I got an email today from LCI Paper announcing a 15% site wide discount, today only, and Free Shipping! They have a nice silver paper that's not too shiny. It's more of a pearlescent finish. The price for 50 sheets of 8.5 x 11 paper was about $8.50. That's just over 15 cents per page.
