The current plan is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
If we don't have enough paying participants, I may consider not renting the hall on Friday, but see if they will let us set up Friday night. If not then we set up Saturday morning first thing.
From those participating/exhibiting, please let me know your thoughts.
1- Saturday and Sunday ( will come to $250 ++ )
or
2- Friday, Saturday , Sunday ( will come to $375++ )
The per day rental of the hall is $125 plus tax.
I think the Saturday dinner/banquet will be paid by each person and this way you can order what you want.
