Here is the schedule:
Friday May 11
Hotel check in on your own
5 pm - Welcome desk, convention room checkout
6 pm - get to know each other
Saturday May 12
Set up 8 am till 10 AM – Set up tables and displays
10 am - Doors open to public
Demos, make and take, reviews of models
Convention discussions
5 pm - Doors closed
6 pm – Group dinner at hotel
Sunday May 13
9 am - Breakfast / Brunch
10 or 11 am on – museums visits : suggestion : Air Force museum, Origami display at the Art Institute, Wright Bro museum, Packard automobile museum

We will still have our 3 days, but the actual display room will be rented for Saturday only. I'm working with the hotel to see if they will let us set up Friday late afternoon at no cost.
