Great models, Knife and Michael!

A beautiful Navion, Bob! Do you or Murph know if it is in the color scheme of an actual U.S. Army L-17 or U-18 aircraft? There are lots of images of it as civil N8995H with that pretty color scheme and the tail number 47-995, but I can't find any evidence of an Army bird with that color scheme or registration. Joe Baugher indicates that the serials of military Navions were 47-1297 to 1379 (1946-1948 USAAF-USAF Serial Numbers).

Several site provide images and info on the aircraft as a civil bird, but no info on its military history, if any. For example:
Aerial Visuals - Airframe Dossier - North American-Ryan Navion, c/n NAV-4-0995, c/r N8995H
https://flightaware.com/resources/registration/N8995H
Aircraft Data N8995H, 1947 North American NAVION C/N NAV-4-995

Whatever its history, Murph did a great job of capturing an actual Navion in a colorful and attractive color scheme, and you did a super job of building it. I just have this drive to find out more about U.S. Army aircraft.
